Kings Langley College of Management has been Licensed by the UK Border Agency to enrol international students under Tier 4 of the Points Based System (PBS).

At KLCM, the International Office is there to help and support you before you arrive and during your stay. We assist with all enquiries and applications from overseas students who wish to study at the College. Advice on courses is also available from our staff and website and from our educational consultants in countries around the world. We know that starting a course in a new place can be daunting. That's why we have an International Student Adviser on hand to give advice on banking, health, fees and other guidance matters. We offer support to all international students from their applying of the course until the successful completion of the course.

Visa Processing Support
The College will assist the students to obtain a student visa once they secure a place in our college. Once you apply for a course in our college, either through an Authorized associate or directly, you will receive an admission offer from the College, provided you meet all the eligibility criteria. Upon receipt of the initial offer letter from the College, the candidate has to submit the tuition fee deposit according to the offer letter. Upon receipt of the tuition fee, a confirmation of admission along with the documents supporting their visa application will be issued. The candidates must contact the nearest UK consulate to apply for the student visa.
To learn more about the visa application procedure, please visit the website http://www.ukvisas.gov.uk
Please go through the Admissions for more details or email at admission@klcm.co.uk

Airport Pickup
Airport Pickup service will be arranged upon request for the overseas students. Our airport service includes a comfortable car with an experienced driver who will drop you at your pre-booked accommodation. Our driver will meet you in the arrivals area of the airport terminal carrying a sign with your name on it. The students must incur the cost of the service which must be paid in advance. To arrange this service, please download the form from the website and send the completed airport pick up request form to welfare@klcm.co.uk at least a week prior to you arrival in the UK.

Accommodation
On-campus or Off-campus accommodation can be arranged for the students upon request. Please provide the requirements of students prior to the accommodation arrangement request. Please note that only limited places are available on-campus. So the students must book it well in advance to confirm a place. The accommodation request can be downloaded from this website. Please send the completed accommodation request form to welfare@klcm.co.uk at least 10 days prior to you arrival in the UK.

Bank account opening assistance

All students are advised strongly to open a bank account immediately after your arrival to ensure financial safety. You would also require this in order to receive funds from overseas to support you and make or receive any payments locally.
To facilitate this process, soon after your arrival, we will provide you with the necessary documentation addressed to the bank confirming your details. We also reply to any queries raised by the bank, should they need further information.

Registration for free medical assistance from NHS
Health and well being of students is of prime concern. Upon your arrival in the UK, you may register yourself with a local general practitioner (a GP, or as commonly known, a doctor) in order to get free medical assistance from the NHS service. You will be provided with the necessary guidance required to register at the GPs surgeries. Kings Langley College of Management provides full support and recommends its students to well established GP practices in their respective areas.

Student Travel Discount
All students traveling in and around London are entitled to a discounted travel scheme offered by TfL (Transport for London). This scheme gives students a discounted travel when they register for Oyster Card as students of Kings Langley College of Management. For more details please log on to www.tfl.gov.uk
